Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your shaver in its original box.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the tracking information is retained for your records.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
